The New Fund Offer (NFO) will close for subscription on 25 July. Dynamic asset allocation funds invest in a mix of equity, debt and arbitrage based on the market conditions. The schemes do not have a set allocation, but they dynamically adjust the portfolio based on some stock market ratios. According to the scheme’s information document, the net equity allocation can be between 30-100 per cent of the portfolio. The fund will use hedging to reduce net equity exposure below 65 per cent. The fund will be managed jointly by Anupam Tiwari and Ashwin Patni, who would manage the equity portion while R. Sivakumar would manage the debt portion.
